These notices describe the site as it operates now: TM S&D Lite is free, Pro Combo is still in progress, and TickerMantis does not accept payments or paid access requests.
Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including partial or total loss of capital. Past, simulated or illustrated market behaviour does not predict future results.
TickerMantis content and TM S&D Lite are educational and analytical tools. They do not tell you to buy, sell or hold any security and do not consider your objectives, finances, risk tolerance or tax position.
Grades such as Fair, Good and Best describe the software's own structural criteria. They are not probabilities, performance ratings or promises that price will react.
Market data, sessions, gaps, symbol history, chart type, timeframe and TradingView or Pine Script limitations can affect output. Software can be delayed, unavailable or wrong. You are responsible for verifying information and for every decision you make.
Regulatory status in India
TickerMantis is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, stock broker, portfolio manager or in any other capacity, and has no SEBI registration number.
TM S&D Lite draws analytical price structures on a chart selected by the user. It does not publish a buy, sell or hold recommendation, price target, stop, position size, portfolio allocation or personalised opinion about a security. It does not connect to a broker, place orders, manage funds or take custody of money or securities.
Consider consulting a SEBI-registered professional before making an investment decision. If anyone offers tips, assured returns, managed trading or profit-sharing in the TickerMantis name, report it to tickermantis@gmail.com.
This section states the present registration status and product behaviour; it does not claim an exemption from law. The regulatory position must be reviewed before features, outputs or commercial terms change.
Website and Lite Terms
Current offering
The website, Academy and support material are informational. TM S&D Lite is a free protected script published on TradingView. Pro Combo is not currently offered for sale.
Permitted use
You may use the public site and the free Lite publication for your own learning and analysis. You may not interfere with the site, misuse the support channel, impersonate TickerMantis, resell or redistribute access, attempt to extract protected source code, or present TickerMantis output as personalised advice or a guaranteed result.
Ownership and third parties
TickerMantis branding, site content, scripts and their logic remain the property of their respective owners. TradingView and Pine Script are third-party services and marks; TickerMantis is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView. Your use of TradingView is governed by TradingView's own terms and privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
The site and Lite are provided free of charge on an “as available” basis. Features may change or stop working because of maintenance, defects, data availability or third-party platform changes. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy Notice
What the site collects
Ordinary browsing: the site uses no first-party analytics, advertising pixels, account system or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process routine request logs for delivery and security. Google Fonts receives normal connection information, including your IP address and browser details, when it serves the Inter typeface; see Google's Privacy Policy.
Support questions: if you choose to send the help panel, TickerMantis receives the question, the email address or phone number you provide, the page and referrer, your browser user-agent, and a pseudonymous salted hash derived from the connecting IP address for abuse-rate limiting. The site does not store the plain IP address in the support table.
Pro access: there is no checkout, waitlist or paid access form. The site does not currently collect names, TradingView usernames, countries, payment details or subscription information for Pro Combo.
How support data is used and shared
Support data is used to answer your question, prevent flooding, diagnose delivery problems and maintain a short support record. You give permission for this use by selecting the agreement beside the Send question button. Supabase hosts the support database in its Singapore region. Telegram receives a notification containing the question and contact detail and may process it in locations covered by Telegram's Privacy Policy. Data is not sold, used for advertising or used to build a marketing profile.
Storage on your device
The help panel saves the contact detail you entered in your browser's local storage so you do not have to retype it. It leaves your device only when you send a question. Clearing this site's browser data removes it.
Retention and requests
Support records are kept for up to 12 months after submission, then deleted unless a longer period is reasonably needed for security, a dispute or a legal obligation. Email tickermantis@gmail.com to ask what support data is held about you, correct it, withdraw permission for further use or request deletion. Requests will be addressed within 90 days.
The support channel is not intended for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact the address above so it can be removed.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellation
TickerMantis does not currently operate a checkout, accept payments, create subscriptions or sell Pro Combo access. TM S&D Lite is free, so there is no TickerMantis charge to cancel or refund.
Any TradingView subscription, exchange-data fee or other purchase made from TradingView is between you and TradingView. TickerMantis cannot cancel or refund it.
Before any paid TickerMantis product opens, the site will publish the seller identity, final price and taxes, delivery terms, renewal and cancellation rules, refund terms, privacy details and complaint route before collecting an order or payment.
Product Availability
Available: TM S&D Lite is a free public protected script published on TradingView by ShogunSteel.
In progress: TM S&D Pro and TM Screener are not for sale and access requests are not open.
Do not send money or account credentials to anyone claiming to sell TickerMantis Pro access. TickerMantis never asks for brokerage credentials, trading-account passwords, OTPs or custody of funds.
